How to Apply for exchange studies 

Application process is paper based.  Your exchange must be accepted at your home university before you apply.  

Deadlines for application is May 15th for autumn term or full academic year and  October 15th for spring term. The application must include learning agreement, application form, copy of passport, and certified copy of transcript of records from your home university. 

Application and other documents can be sent either by regular mail or as PDF by e-mail. Result of application should be ready by mid June each year.
