Today’s food is often too fatty, too sugary, harmful to the environment… and far too much of it goes to waste. In light of these urgent challenges, how can biotechnology — and innovation driven by students — transform how we produce, consume, and preserve our resources?
Join us for Rannís Science Café on Wednesday, November 26 at 20:00 at the Settlement Center in Borgarnes, and chat with Sophie Mothré, Director of Innovation Projects at SupBiotech.
Sophie Mothré is a biotechnology expert with a PhD in health sciences. She has worked on applied biotechnology projects at WatchFrog and now leads the development of educational and scientific programs at SupBiotech, where she combines innovation, teaching, and student mentorship.
