Isabel has been appointed as Co-Editor-in-Chief of the journal and will work alongside Mark Mallory from Acadia University in Canada.
Arctic Science is an open-access scientific journal that publishes research in natural sciences related to northern polar regions. It is published by the non-profit organisation Canadian Science Publishing. Ten years after its first volume, Arctic Science has established itself as a reference journal in Arctic research.
„I have published and reviewed several articles for Arctic Science, and I am now very excited to be joining their Editorial Board as co-editor in chief. Together with Mark Mallory, from Acadia University in Canada, we will be working to keep up the high reputation of this journal in the Arctic research community. I am very happy about this opportunity and hope to be up to the task!“
The appointment of Isabel will further strengthen the position of Arctic Science as a leading platform for the publication of scientific research on the Arctic. We sincerely congratulate Isabel.
