The Faculty of Planning & Design welcomes guest lecturer Ana Horhat landscape architect welcome. Ana will hold an open lecture tuesday january 30th at 9:45-12:00 in Borg, Hvanneyri main building Ásgarður, 2nd floor. The lecture is open for all and will also be streamed.
Ana Horhat (1980, Aiud, Romania) landscape architect, holds a doctorate in Landscape and Environment. Through her projects she explores, at various scales of intervention, the dialectic between art and nature, garden and landscape and their reflection in contemporary design trends. The studio won, together with Metapolis and AtelierMass, the solution competitions organized by the Romanian Order of Architects for East Park (2021) and “Cetățuia” Urban Complex (2019), both in Cluj-Napoca and, most recently, the oneforMorii Lake in Bucharest. She is involved, as a collaborator, in several park development and urban regeneration projects all over Romania.
The lecture is called The design process for the larger scale and is open for all and will also be streamed on Teams.
